I recently received a forwarded email from a friend that featured a new trend (or fad) that some of our youth have been engaging in recently. If you thought body piercing were disgusting… and you thought that the process of liposuction was repulsive… wait till you see what I am about to show you.
This one is called, “Body Carving”. Literally!
I have to caution those who have a weak stomach to turn away now. It isn’t pretty at all.
For those who are interested to find out what and how it is done… find out after the jump.
From what I gather, this is the latest craze that’s been going on in some countries… but personally, I feel that there are other BETTER ways to express oneself.
I don’t know… maybe some individuals get a certain “high” or pleasure from the pain inflicted by these procedures. Oh well, satisfaction takes all kinds, I guess. For some, it’s clothing… others, piercing… and for those who probably, in my honest and OWN opinion, need serious attention… it’s self mutilation. You’ve got to be seriously in need of attention to go through this kind of torture.
But that’s just me. If you don’t agree with my personal view, deal with it. If not, you’re free to leave my blog anytime.

This is a revival of one of the oldest forms of body modification. This is still practiced by many primitive tribes the world over. I’ve pretty sure there was something pretty strong in that glass she was holding.

Yeah I figured it must’ve been some old ancient-ish ritual that has just been revived. Nevertheless… it’s pretty gruesome to see… you’ve probably got to have some weird type of pain fettish to endure an entire session of THAT.
